至今，关于石膏板，我们好像几次写过了。但是，我们也许意外地没有写到其施工办法等。
我们一边将要把通常以所谓的装饰用织布和涂装被隐蔽石膏板的基本特征等说明，
一边来介绍和说明其施工办法。
我们很想，下面的文章会成为各位稍微要考虑室内装饰板材的肇端。

目次
谈到施工办法之前，我们先要说明一下石膏板的基本特征。
板材之中，石膏板是现在的使用量又最多地又频繁地使用。以它的主要特征：
直言说，成本很低之点和不燃性能很高（不怕火）的优点很大。
它代替木材，几乎所有天棚・墙壁材料被逐步地置换的样子了。
而且，加上其基本特征，就有各种各样的石膏板商品，即 更增强强度的、提高耐火性能的、提高耐水性能的等。它也有复数种类厚度商品被整队的。
石膏板的厚度有9.5mm～21mm。不过，按照商品，其厚度种类早已决定的。
例如，现在最普及的吉野石膏公司制造的通常石膏板「Tiger板」有9.5mm、12.5mm、15mm的三个种类。
首先说，因为石膏板并不是像砖块一样有厚度的材料，所以我们先需要做地基。
可以做石膏板的地基材料是四个如下：
在公寓的新建工事，木头地基天棚被组装着的照片
在办公室和店铺，我们现在罕见木头地基的。
不过，在公寓和独立建筑房子等住宅，我们还看得到它。
很容易会误解之事，在木造住宅不一定以木头地基。
木头住宅也有后述的以轻量型钢做间隔壁等的场合。
在 以混泥土建造的建筑物组装木头地基而施工的场合也有。
对于木头地基，我们以钉子或小螺丝来固定板材。
根据石膏板的厚度，要使用钉子和小螺丝的长度基准事先已决定。
如果从那个长度很大地离开的话，会发生长度不够和/或石膏板会破裂裂开的可能性是很高的。
其结果，会成为施工不良和/或导致重大事故的可能性很高。
这张照片是，在教育设施的现场在组装轻量型钢的样子
轻量型钢地基，上述那样以使用数量和频度 现在已经超过木头地基，
是个最标准的地基材料。
除了一般住宅以外，在店铺・办公室，几乎所有的是 以轻量型钢地基被组装。
这个并不是说得过分话。
对于轻量型钢地基，我们以小螺丝紧固逐步固定板材。
跟木头地基一样，根据石膏板的厚度，确切的小螺丝长度和间隔已经决定的。
如果不遵守那些而施工的话，引导脱落等，施工不良・发生事故的可能性很高。
以石膏衬板施工办法，在涂布石膏衬板用胶水的样子。
混泥土带着颜色的理由是，吹着狂吹绝热材料的缘故。
首先，在混泥土面直接粘贴石膏板的场合，好像上述那样，
我们不能以小螺丝紧固和打进钉子来固定它。
通常的话，组装轻量型钢等地基之后，以好像上记，很多时候把板使用小螺丝紧固
逐步安装它。
但是，如果安装钢骨的话，空间会太小和/或施工期间、预算费用比较紧张的场合等，
我们以石膏衬板施工办法在混泥土面直接逐步地粘贴它。
这个施工办法是，先好好地清扫想要施工的混泥土面，和为了把胶水的固着弄得强固，
做底漆涂装之后，在工事现场混合粉状浆糊（石膏衬板用胶水）和水来精练它们。
然后，我们以一定的间隔逐步涂布胶水后，压下石膏板并粘贴它的施工办法。
在本公司博客和Instagram等，我们几次也介绍过施工中和解体时的照片。
因为 以石膏衬板施工办法来施工的地方是，把石膏衬板用胶水以均匀间隔来粘贴的独特地出来痕迹，所以显地一目了然。
而且，用浆糊粘来贴的特性上，我们不能以这个施工办法使用于天棚，所以因该注意。
石膏板是，为了向上强度，有时候 以双层施工。
在这个场合，为了跟第一层的结合处（板和板之间的接头）不蒙受，我们来施工它。
在很多场合，我们并不以小螺丝紧固，而以白色胶水＋塔克来施工。
塔克是，建筑用的好像「订书机」似的工具。
摁压它把手的话，把コ形状订书机用的又粗又长金具打进去目的物的工具。
这个塔克只到干燥胶水的临时停住用途。
际顶住它的是白色胶水。
确切的白色胶水和塔克使用量也事先决定好。
由工匠的技术，为了不出现不平整、凹凸地来做最后加工。
使用白色胶水＋塔克的主要理由是，为了向上作业效率的占着很大。
通常，石膏板是长方形的形状。怎样逐步粘贴板也 由各个工匠各种各样的。
作为全体的想法，以尽量不切割板状态（叫做 真物）为也要粘贴它。
我们可以只把端边切割板的话，施工的麻烦会很少。因此，我们可以考虑能够这样做。
通常，对于石膏板，以所谓的装饰用织布和涂装，我们做最后加工处理。因此，各位看到分割的机会也许不太多。
但是，在学校的天棚等看得到的「装饰天棚石膏板（Gyptone等）」是，因为粘贴板的状态是最后加工结果，所以可以看到分割。
此次，我们要简单地说明一下其种类。
在医院，在天棚粘贴着装饰石膏板的样子。这是把结合处成为相互状态，即「粘贴砖块」的粘贴办法。
粘贴砖块，名副其实，是个 在长边的一半地方成为交错，这样逐步粘贴的分割办法。
这个粘贴办法也叫做，所谓的马粘贴、交错粘贴等。
在别的现场，以所谓的土豆粘贴在粘贴装饰石膏板的样子。
所谓的土豆粘贴，直线结合处，跟上面的相反，把结合处以直角水平地一个直线地逐步粘贴的分割办法。
除了正方形材料以外，直线地粘贴的话，尽量不切割地粘贴板的场合，我们要选择这个。
我们以上介绍和说明了维持几乎所有办公室的天棚・墙壁石膏板施工办法。
除了装饰石膏板以外，几乎全部的地方被所谓的装饰用织布和涂装隐蔽的石膏板。
不过，前述的那样，至今，几乎所有室内装饰天棚，墙壁等被在使用。
今后搬家很多的季节也要到来的。

Having been setting up our company office at Ikebukuro, Toshima ward, Tokyo, we are an interior decorative construction work contractor, mainly taking charge of Interior decorative finishing work・The original state recovery and restoration work in all over Japan.
This time, we are introducing my travel report of three nights and four days in Fukuoka prefecture in order to visit sightseeing spots and to have exquisite cuisine.
On the sightseeing spots which I am introducing and explaining, as my knowledge is also partially vague, it might be a poor writing. So, I sincerely ask for your understanding.
On the first day of my trip in Fukuoka. After joining with a friend of mine who lives in Nagasaki, while asking him to guide around Hakata train station, we enjoyed a recreation center, and had meals, then played and walk around the center town too.
In early morning, I left for Narita domestic airport and flew to Fukuoka airport.
It was raining in Fukuoka at that time, but luckily it was only a little rain. From the airport, I took a subway to Hakata station. Although it was my first visit to the meeting point, we could safely get together in a vast station after wandering here and there.
After getting together with him, we visited「KITE Hakata」, a commercial facility which directly leads us to Hakata train station. While we walked around at a restaurant street wondering what to eat, the friend told me that he has never eaten tantan ramen noodle. So, we decided to eat it as the memorable first meal in my Fukuoka trip.

Special Hakata Tantan ramen noodle
It is a special Tantan ramen noodle of brilliant fusion of sesame aroma flavor, and a little sharp hot taste.
Its soup tastes strong, and the after-taste is refreshing as well.
It is as if we want to drink till the final one sip.
The noodle they use in the shop is homemade which is middle thickness type.
Its congeniality with the soup is superb. So, the taste is so nice that we want to eat again.

After enjoying the meal, we headed to one of the busy quarter, Tenjin station by using subway again, and merrily played bowling at Round One near the station.
After happily playing it so hard, we could not raise arms.
While we were walking near a power spot「Kego-Jinja shrine」, we found a truly new beautiful café. So, we entered in it.

Mixed fruit parfait and iced coffee
In this shop, the cafe was opened in March, 2024. The shop has a bright, fresh and neat impression. In its relaxing atmosphere, we can enjoy having a luxurious dessert time.
As for a fruit parfait which I ordered this time, equal to or more than 10 kinds of fruit was used. As the fruit was tightly in to the bottom of the cup, it was a menu of the most enjoyable to the final bite.
As I ate it with iced coffee with a lot of milk in it, the fruit taste was more tasty.

After being satisfied with having the best fruit, we went to see around Tenjin train station at night. Then, I left from the friend, which was the end of the first day.
The second day of my Fukuoka trip.
I visited「Lala port Fukuoka」, took a picture with the life-sized GUNDAM, and bought goods at Fukuoka exclusive GUNDAM shop in the building. After that, I joining with an friend, and we had meals in a restaurant where we could enjoy the night view.
As I was staying overnight in Tenjin on this day, I used a taxi, and arrived at Lala port around noon from the station.

Life-sized GUNDAM
In「Lala port Fukuoka」, a life-sized GUNDAM was completed its establishment in 2022.
It is an about 24-meter tall, powerful figure is amazing.
Furthermore, its actings of hand moves and the lighting is on regularly too. It is an indispensable spot for GUNDAM fans.
In 2024, besides in「Lala port Fukuoka」, the life-sized GUNDAM was established and is placed at「Diversity Tokyo plaza」in Odaiba, Tokyo, and「Lala port Shanghai, Jinqiao」in Shanghai, China. In all these places, it is boasting overwhelming popularity.

After entering in the building and going up to the fourth floor, there is a「GUNDAM character goods specialty store」 called「GUNDAM SIDE-F」. The store is handling and selling a lot of limited items. So, it is lining up valuable products which we cannot get in anywhere else.
In the store, there are a lot of georama, plastic models, a corner where you can assemble the just bought plastic model instantly too. It can be said that it rally is, as it were, the place is like the dream for GUNDAM fans.

After purchasing goods, I joined with the friend., then we headed to a dining bar where we can command night view.

「Naka River」which leads to Hakata Bay is streaming along this restaurant. At the opposite shore to the river, a lighted up shopping mall『Canal city Hakata』and buildings are lining. We could enjoy having the dinner, while seeing a beautiful scenery which reflects on the water surface.

This time, in order to celebrate a birthday of an friend of mine, I ordered a small and cute fancy decorated cake and smoked flavor cocktail, besides course menus. So, we could spend a special time.

After enjoying the meals with seeing night view, we were thinking of going around Nakasu, which is one of the famous eating and drinking areas. But, as there was not food and drink stand around, we could not match the timing, so, we gave up this time. The second day was thus ended.
It is the third day. After eating tempura by using fresh materials and enjoying Marine World aquarium which is one of the biggest in Kyushu, I left Fukuoka city and moved toward Kita-kyushu. Then I enjoyed visiting a busy square at night.
As it was fine without cloud, it was the best weather to enjoy visiting aquarium.
I did not have lunch yet, as I felt like eating tempura, before taking a train, I visited a Japanese restaurant「Ishikura」at the underground town in Tenjin station.

Tempura assortment set meal
As pretty tempura menu samples were placed in front of the shop, I entered in this shop. I was served to a seat, and soon ordered a tempura assortment set meal. Then, totally eight kinds of tempura of fresh materials including prawn, eggplant, green pepper, and so on were wrapped up with golden dress. They were served to me with very hot rice, miso soup, and others.
After finishing the meal, I took a train by swinging inside about 40 minutes, and got off at「Uminonakamichi」station which is the nearest station to the destination of the aquarium.

Dolphin object
The aquarium here is one of the biggest scale facilities of the sea in Kyushu as the theme in Kyushu. 350 kinds 30 thousand living creatures are being exhibited.
We can enjoy various performances, such as dolphin and sea lion’s powerful shows, penguin’s big march, and so on. In the building, a café and restaurant was established together. So, we can spend a relaxing time there.
Furthermore, in Marine World, a sea otter is being reared. In 2024, besides Marine World, it is being reared only in two places, in Mie prefecture and Toba aquariums. It is a very rare animal.

The above picture is a phase of a dolphin show which is held outdoors.
As it was fine on this day, I could excellently take a picture of bouncing dolphin beautiful figures under the blue sky with splashing water to me sometimes.
As it is off the subject, besides the aquarium, around Uminonakamichi station, there are an athletic area, an area where we can contact small animals,「Uminonakamichi shore park」which has a big scale swimming pool only opened in summer, and「The Luigans Spa & Resort」which is a high class resort hotel surrounded by beautiful sea and abundant green spreading in the front. So, you can taste resorting feeling there.

Fully satisfied with visiting the aquarium until closing time, I headed to「Kokura station」which is a busy town in Kita-kyushu city from Fukuoka city.
When I arrived at the station, it was completely dark outside. As I was hungry. I entered in a grilled butcher meat or yakiniku shop, and was satisfied with eating meat.
Then, I walked around busy and merrily town, which ended the third day.
The final day of my trip.
I returned from Kokura station to Hakata station.
We were satisfied with eating Hakata famous meal「burdock tempura udon noodle」and「pork bone soup ramen noodle」.
Then, I went to see around beautiful sea in Itoshima city by driving a rental car, which ended my trip.
I took a running train from Kokura station more than an hour.
As I did not eat anything from early morning, so too hungry to the limitation.
On the way, I was wondering what I shall eat.
I remembered that I did not yet eat a famous meal of「Burdock tempura udon noodle」. Therefore, after getting off the train at Hakata station, I entered in an udon shop nearby swiftly.

Hakata Yari udon & mentai-ko rice set menu
「Burdock tempura udon noodle」is one of the soul foods in Fukuoka.
Its feature is, burdock tempura is big and long, spilled over on the noodle from the bowl. Its soft chewy texture udon noodle and refined light soy sauce taste is being endeared by Fukuoka prefectural inhabitants.
This time, I ordered a shop famous meal menu of「Yari udon noodle」, with topping a big sized maruten (deep fried minced marine fish meat), and spicy salty cod roe rice.
I was satisfied with tasting sweetness which stands out, different from Kanto district rather strong soy sauce. So, I was filled with deep emotion.

After enjoying the meal, as I planned to see the sea, I rent a car at a rent-a-car shop, and left for Itoshima city. As it was very fine on that day, it was a perfect driving weather condition.
On my way to the beach by driving a car, I discovered to see a red and splendid London bus shaped café.

LONDON BUS CAFE
The café here is a real red two-story bus imported from Londo, U.K. which was made by re-decorating. Its unique appearance and splendid sea view from the café are charming. So, a lot of people visit it every year. If you order things beside the bus, you can enjoy drink and eating them in the bus.
Gelato
This time, I ordered gelato which is suitable for a hot day.
Eating gelato in a cool air-conditioned bus is fantastic.
As it is off the subject, besides the foods and drinks, the shop is also expanding sales of its original apparel brand. The shop is also selling T-shirts and tote bags.

After enjoying eating gelato, I drove the car again, and arrived at the destination「Sakurai Futamigaura bay」which is a representative scenic place in Itoshima city.

Sakurai Futamigaura bay is one of the representative scenic places in Itoshima city.
Its feature is a pair of rocks resembling a married couple who are standing in the sea.
A big sacred Shinto festoon rope expanded between the rocks brings about holiness and romantic atmosphere, and charms visiting people.
Sakurai Futamigaura bay is also chosen as「1100 selections of setting suns in Japan」.
Especially, in a fine day dusk time, Setting sun reflecting on the sea surface spreads a beautiful scene. In around summer solstice time, we can see the sunsetting phase between the rocks. The splendid scenery is worth looking at it.

After walking around the beach with being sun tanned, I drove back to Hakata station by rental car, then returned it back to the car shop. Then, as the conclusion of my trip, I ate a Hakata boiled pork bone soup ramen noodle.

Hakata ShinShin ramen noodle
The feature of ShinShin boiled pork bone soup is a creamy and mild taste cooked by long-time boiling pork bones.
As its lard fat deliciousness and full-bodied taste are brilliantly harmonized, and it has little bad smell, those who dislike to have pork bone soup can also enjoying having it.
It is very tasty to eat it, so I ordered another noodle too.
Therefore, I ate it completely in a flash.

I soon spent an enjoyable time too, and I headed to Fukuoka airport with regretting my department. I bought souvenirs, and boarded a plane for Narita airport, which is the end of my trip this time.
My trip in Fukuoka this time is for four days in all. It has made a fruitful trip which I was satisfied with visiting swelling sightseeing places and had tasty dishes.

Next time, including where I could not visit this time too, I am thinking of visiting Fukuoka again for my more full satisfaction.

スケルトンとは、建物の構造体のみを残した状態を指します。
天井、壁、床といった内装や設備がすべて取り払われ、建物が本来持つ骨組みや基礎部分が露出した状態のことです。

特に、賃貸オフィスの退去時にはスケルトン返し（スケルトン状態に戻すこと）が
