当社は東京都豊島区池袋にオフィスを構え、関東一円で内装仕上げ工事・原状回復工事を中心に施工している内装業者でございます。
今回は非住宅建築における基本的な工事のおおまかな流れをご紹介します。
それではご覧ください。
建物の基準墨から図面に基づき間仕切り壁下地に組む位置、
ボード貼りの仕上がり位置、開口部などの墨を出します。
天井に空調設備の設置及び配管に合わせ照明器具等の電気配線を行います。
LGSなどで天井の下地を組み、その後①の墨を基準に壁下地を組みます。
（耐火区画壁の場合は天井スラブまで壁下地を先に組みます)
次に壁下地の間に配線の管を通しコンセントやスイッチを
取り付けるためのアウトレットボックスを入れて下地に固定します。
また仕様に合わせ壁下地にロックウールなどの断熱材を充填をします。
建具の枠を壁や天井の下地に取り付けます。
収音性能や防耐火性能などにより定められる仕様の石膏ボードノドをビスで天井・壁下地組の固定します。
その後照明器具やコンセント・スイッチの位置のボードを開口します。
支柱調整式はベースプレートを床に固定し支柱を並べパネルを置きます。
プラスチックなどの支柱一体型は不陸をクッションシートなどで
調整しつつ設置をして、最後に床に電気やLANケーブルなどの配線をします。
最初に壁や天井にクロスや塗装などを施します。
（天井などの塗装はボード貼りが完了後に行います。）
次にタイルやカーペットなどに敷き込み、巾木を取り付け
最後に照明器具やコンセント・スイッチのプレートを取り付けて完成です。
