2000年左右，听说两家较大的的主题公园开始举行盛大的活动项目了。同时，看来从这个时候开始，人人过来涩谷火车站前的随意横穿的交叉路口附近了。一般来说，更加开始普及的是再过十年以后的样子了。
看来，这个理由之一是智能手机的普及，由于跟着它突然增加了全国性SNS活动的发展。
这个时候也许也有赶到正好的时机了。八月份有夏季暑假，盂兰盆节，夏季甲子园高中棒球比赛大会等的活动节目繁多。十二月份到年底和第二年初，有人人比较忙的印象。大概也许在这些中间正好被塞进去的是万圣节前夕。
有些单位也许打算发展和开展复活节似的。 不过，看来此时期，考虑到日本小孩子在春假休息，上班族碰到日本会计年度的年底年初比较忙的时期， 还是感觉赶时机是很重要的。 另外，因为复活节每年不固定，所以看来此活动有不好固定落实的理由。如果每年同一个日子或者大概几月几号的同一个日子左右的话，对企业等单位好促进发展，是吧？（供参考，今年的复活节是四月四号，明年是四月十七号，日子差大约有两周）
从日本的万圣节前夕活动，宗教色彩丢掉的理由，由于九月份也有秋分周，考虑到从八月份盂兰盆节开始，连续三个月有类似的节日活动，这些也许是主要原因之一。在日本，只拿出来好接受的因素来扩展而固定下来。这种节日活动项目一年比一年有了增加的感觉。
那种，万圣节前夕的活动。如果活动场所附近没有更衣室，穿着假装服装，可不可以上公共交通车？不过，那么说，为了应对只有一年一度的活动项目，设置专门的更衣室并不现实（跟平时一样，使用收费洗手间等也许是可能的）。

池袋を中心に関東一円範囲で「内装工事」「原状回復工事」等、お手伝いさせて戴いてます。
テナントの一部だと昼間の営業時間は工事ができないということもあると思います。そういう時は夜間から深夜にかけて工事するしかないため、照明が使われます。
投光器や作業灯と呼ばれ、以下の写真に写っているものがよく使われているようです。
懐中電灯サイズから建築現場で使われる大型のタイプ、雪が降るような屋外で使うのに適したもの、ピンポイントを照らせるように挟んで固定するタイプなど様々な照明器具がありますが、作業灯または投光器と呼ばれます。
用途などは同じと考えていいようですが、作業灯と投光器の違いは対応電圧の違いが一番大きい部分だと思います。内装工事で使うのは主に投光器です。
家庭の電源が使えるのが投光器、バッテリーにつないで使うのが作業灯となります。作業灯は車や発電機のバッテリーにつないで使うイメージと関連付ければ覚えやすいのではないでしょうか。対応してない電圧で使うと故障や事故の原因になりかねないのでやめましょう。
