・スケルトン物件
があります。
まずは居抜き物件とは、前に入っていたお店の設備や内装が残っている状態で借りる物件です。一方、スケルトン物件は、内装や設備が何もない状態で借りる物件です。
費用は、一般的にスケルトン物件の方が高くなりますが、設備不良などで追加工事が必要になるなど居抜き物件でも費用がかさむこともあり一概には言えません。
それぞれの物件のメリット・デメリットを把握して慎重に物件選びをすることが大切です。
居抜き物件のメリットは
まずは内装がそのまま利用できて、工事期間が短いのが特徴ですね。
デメリットですが
内装がそのままなので、好きなデザイン（内装）にしづらいくて、設備も古いので不良があっても自分で修理など行うしかありません。
では、スケルトン物件のメリットは居抜き物件とは真逆で
好きなデザイン（内装）にできて、解体の費用が不要です。
デメリットは、その分、内装の工事費用がかかり工事期間が長いです。
上記を踏まえた上で

We are doing construction finishing work of 「Interior finishing work」「Interior restoration work」mainly starting from Ikebukuro area, and now also in all over Kanto area, for you.

Starting from LGS（=light gauge steel） operation work, sticking plaster board, and others, we are doing interior finishing work.
In the first place, after doing frame work at ceiling, we stick on board.
After sticking board, we spread adhesive, and do cloth sticking operation.
The shape is roundish, so the atmosphere seems to become soft, doesn’t it?
We are focusing on the operation of screw driving on the board.
We are doing operation of striking at correct places precisely.
After mounting LGS bedding(LGS or light steel), we mount rodlike material made of light steel as square-block type, and fix it.
After finish making bedding for gypsum board and others to stick on wall, we do operation of sticking on board.
