今日はK工場様のトイレの床の補修工場のお手伝いをさせていただいてます。
今回は床をケレンがけをさせていただいた画像になります。
まずはケレンがけ作業の説明をさせていただきます。
床の長尺シートを貼る前の作業で、床が凹凸しないように平らにならす作業になります。
コンクリートにケレンをする主目的は粉塵や油分、塩分などの汚れを落とすことです。
コンクリート自体にはさびの心配がない一方、水分を吸収しやすいという性質があります。
水分がコンクリートの中に浸透すると苔がついたりして劣化を招き、 強度にも影響を及ぼすことがあります。
また、コンクリート面に発生したひび割れ（クラック）から内部の鉄筋に水分が届き、鉄筋がさびてしまうリスクもあります。
そのため、塗り替え前にはコンクリートの含水率に注意することも必要となります。

Then, continuing from yesterday, we are from the construction site where we glue Solaton wide board(manufactured by Yoshino Gypsum Co.Ltd.) which we brought at our move-in work.
At first, let us explain Solaton wide briefly.
The official name of the board is 「Solaton light-wide」 manufactured by Yoshino Gypsum Co.Ltd.
However, we normally call the board as abbreviation.
The board which we used this time is fisher pattern Solaton wide.
It is direct glueing type at ceiling backing which realizes weight reduction, so it contributes to minimize construction period.
The below are the pictures at the construction.
It is the continuing from yesterday, directly glueing with backing board.
We open and prepare the Solaton wide cardboard.
We are now doing glueing work and opening work at the ceiling at the same time.
We will show you the work finished picture next time, as we are waiting for your coming to our website again.
