This is the continuing blog details from last time.
After completing instillation at the ceiling and electricity opening, we glue plasterboards.
As for the construction this time, we use two sheets of plasterboard for the ceiling.

This time it is only for the meeting space.
We used the material called rock wool voice-absorbing board which has high sound insulating property.
As it is for meeting space this time, voice when discussion and chatting seldom leaks.

For finishing other corridor, we also glued PB(Plasterboard) as the second board y painting.
The finishing result is in this picture.
As for wall and floor, the constructing has not finished yet, however the ceiling construction is finished this way.

By using laser equipment, the ceiling is to be horizontalized.
Talking about our construction technician tips, it is not strictly horizontally.
You may think that it is the construction defect.
However, horizontally it looks bending
When we glue the finishing board, the space exists and opens.
So, aiming the center and enhancing gently 3 milimeters or so.

We would like to explaining the details of ceiling construction in the office tenant building.
First of all, at the place of vacant skeleton room condition, arranging and dropping the ceiling by using hanging bolt from the ceiling slub.
At that time, as we cannot reach the hands up to the ceiling, we set up and install foot-holding stage.
Foot-holding stage should be covered all over without fail to prevent from falling down.
The reason of dropping ceiling by using hanging bolt is to secure the place of piping route of the air-conditioner, ventilator and electricity in the ceiling.
Then mount the hanging bolt with C type LGS(Light gauge steel) and to the opposite direction, mount the plasterboards so-called M bar with direct backing substance namely M bar when glueing.
Why do we call this ‘M bar’?
The reason is, the shape looks M.
C is also the same reason.
