먹매김작업이란 무엇일까요?
습자에서 쓰는 먹?
모르시는 분들께 간단히 설명하겠습니다.
먹매김작업은 도면과 실제의 위치를 파악하기 위한 중요한 작업의 하나로,
도면대로 치수에 맞게 정확하게 현장바닥에 위치표시를 하는 작업입니다.
처음부터 마지막까지 현장에 종사하는 일로 여러가지 공사와 관련됩니다.
지면등에 공사가 필요하는 여러가지 기준선을 표시하는 작업입니다.
기준선이란
건축물등의 설계,가공에서 치수를 잡고 위치를 정하고 할때의 기준으로 되는 선.
이선으로부터 치수를 정확히 재거나 합니다.
2명체제로 한사람이 기점으로 되는 포인트를 잡고 다른 한사람이 먹줄(금긋기)을 칩니다.
기둥이랑 벽등에 중심선을 긋는것을 일본어로 「신다시」(心出し)라고 합니다.
먹매김은 먹통등에 실을 꿰서 실을 튀기면 직선이 그입니다.
먹통(작업공구)에도 많은 종류가 있지만 아래의 사진을 참고로 해주세요.
먹줄의 종류에 대해 소개해드리겠습니다.
・로쿠즈미 일본어(陸墨/ろくずみ) 각 층의 수준의 기본으로 되는 수평선을 표시하는 먹을 말한다
・신즈미 일본어(芯墨/しんずみ) 기둥이랑 벽의 중심으로 되는 위치에 표시하는 먹을 말한다
・카에리즈미 일본어(返り墨/かえりずみ) 장애물이 있어 콘크리트위에 실재로
먹을 칠수 없을 때 그곳에서 1m 혹은 0.5m등 일정의 거리를 기재하고 치는 먹을 말한다.
먹매김은 철근공사, 거푸집공사, 건구공사, 철물공사 등 많은 공사에 있어서
설계도를 원치수대로 그립니다.
이 작업은 설계도면대로의 정확하고 높은 위치를 잡는것이 구됩니다.
지금은 레이저조사기를 맞춰서 그선에 따라 먹을 치는 방법도 진행되고 있습니다.
레이저조사기로 레이저를 이용하면 건물의 기둥・벽・천장등이 직각인가 수평인가
어떤가를 간단하게 확인할수 있습니다.
먹매김은 공사에 필요한 여러가지 기준선을 긋기 위한 작업입니다.
건물을 만드는데 있어서 처음부터 마지막까지 계속 관련되는 공정입니다.
이 작업이 정확하게 진행되지 않으면 제대로 건물을 지을수가 없습니다.
