首先、此用具是在一般的家庭里常见的「脚凳」。
对折保管，我们在做工作场所打开，使用时靠身体到脚板或天板。
顺便一说，天板的长度是未满80公分的话，该用具叫做「踏板架」，可以登在天板做作业。
（如果它是80公分以上的话，不要登在天板做作业。）
并且，虽然有些产品介绍可以展开作为梯子使用，但是应该小心考虑好天板部位的强度和依靠方向的表里。

脚凳台架
脚凳台就是和它名一样，在上面做工作前提的用具。此用具的日语汉字正式名称是「可搬式作业台」。
因为它可以折叠段差部分。根据高度和东西的种类，可以延长台架的长度。因此，它有时候叫做「立起来台架」（立马）或「伸出台架」。
和脚凳比较起来，因为它只能移动台架部分，固定位置时，在附近也可以放工具等，所以凡是在天棚、墙壁的任何工事，我们常常使用它。
根据此产品的种类，在天板部位，有些产品也有扶手或抓手把手（升降时抓的、提高稳定性的棒子），产品种类很丰富。

像第一张照片一样，可以折叠好的状态搬进搬出后，在作业现场展开左右而使用。
由于它带着小轮子可以转动到作业现场，有极大的便利性。
看照片就能了解到，因为它形状比较大，它并没有像脚凳或脚凳台架那么灵活。不过，非常容易做在广范围的作业了。
我个人认为，在周围整理好或可以搬进搬出比较大东西的现场，它是一定要使用的（推荐使用的）用具之一。
