本日の施工現場では解体作業を行なっております。
通常の解体工事と同じく、内装解体でも養生はしっかりと設置しなければなりません。
工事で発生する粉塵が万が一にも営業している店舗に被害を及ぼしてしまったら、
大変なトラブルを引き起こしかねませんし、その建物内で営業・生活している方々がいるということを考えながら、
出来る限りの対策はしておかなければなりません。
特に、エレベーターや階段などの共有スペースも廃棄物等の搬出路になりますので、
解体後も問題なく利用頂けるよう、養生でしっかりと覆います。
まずは壁のボードを剥がしていく作業ですね。
プラスターボード、その次にグラスウール、その次に軽量鉄骨（LGS）の解体作業ですね。
天井の板なども剥がしていきます。
内装材の撤去で大切なのはなんといっても分別です。
廃材などはかき集めてきちんと分別をして廃棄処理をしていきます。
