此次，天花板和墙壁的板子的拆开更换施工。
这张是有裂纹的照片。
全部剥掉旧的石膏板，就换成新的墙壁。
维修保养时，因为看来也没有任何破损的地方，所以就那样引用薄壁型钢。
上一张是张贴 地基板后。
张贴了最后加工板子了。
到最后，最后加工、清除等后，交给客户了。
针对天花板、墙壁的维修保养，建议定期进行。
不知不觉地破裂、挖孔等会发生过的可能性，因此越早维修保养，需要的费用越低价。

This time, our work is replacing of ceiling and wall boards.

Strip all of the old wall(=plasterboard), and replace to new wall(=plasterboard).
When maintaining, as it seems nothing is broken particularly, we will continue to use the LGS(light gauge steel).
After glueing backing board.
We glued finishing board.
Finishing to the final stage, and tidying up, we handed the room over to the customer.
About the maintenance of ceiling and wall, we suggest to perform periodically.
As cracking or depression may happen unnoticeably. it is ideal to repair the room as early as possible, which makes your cost less.

After completing instillation at the ceiling and electricity opening, we glue plasterboards.
As for the construction this time, we use two sheets of plasterboard for the ceiling.

We used the material called rock wool voice-absorbing board which has high sound insulating property.
As it is for meeting space this time, voice when discussion and chatting seldom leaks.

For finishing other corridor, we also glued PB(Plasterboard) as the second board y painting.

As for wall and floor, the constructing has not finished yet, however the ceiling construction is finished this way.
