3 Summary
What is safety patrol?
Safety patrol is, in order to maintain work site safety, each work site contractor personnel in charge actually is patrolling(rounding) , and checking if problem is occurring safety wise.
As for workers at work site, there also may be abbreviation called it as「An pato(in Japanese)」or so.
(There is a case of safety personnel in charge at a general construction contractor doing by own self too)
When a relative work site starts its actual work, the general contractor reveal and examine every can-happen dangers. From that, we will request each work site contractor to do site work operation.
However, at work sites where can often occur different methods or unthinkable aspects, in encountering every certain pose(or before encountering it), we may request patrolling again by considering each contractor’s point of view, and checking if its maintaining safety standards is becoming the safest and prompt method.
Therefore, by labeling as safety patrol, a general contractor requests each site contractor to go to see「In present work site situation, if safety standard decided as 〇〇 should be satisfying, or if there should be improving points」and also by maintaining work site safety, thus we are keeping construction work quality.
What kind of points are to be checked?
As to what kind of points are being checked, if we directly state the conclusion,
It differs according to each work progress situation, or each work contractor.
However, as it is「safety patrol」, we should go on checking all of the points relating safety.
Basically,
・Situation of examining tools or so, and checking
・If work operation procedure is being suitably arranged, or is duly executed
・If work operation place or work operation range is kept safely, or if the method of maintaining safety is suitable?
・Ancillary to above, if putting site in order, cleaning site is executed?
Checking above these items or so from general work contractor to each work contractor’s supervisor.
Usually, as to safety patrol, general work contractor let each work contractor make points to check, and each work contractor’s supervisor does its evaluation. If there is an awful place, it should be corrected.
As to a lot of general work contractors, 「checking lists」are made, and evaluation will be done according to them.
As a supplement, if doing visual search of「safety patrol check list 」or so by internet, then relative checking lists of various work contractors are hit.
Actually used lists besides template should not be printed or used freely. However, as to what kind of items other companies are checking, probably it seem to be worth for reference.
By applying above itemized sentences to interior decorative work as much as possible, we will go on enumerating them.
Checking out tools and the like, and checking situation
As for interior decorative construction work too, we use a lot of tools.
This time, we are explaining them roughly as follows.
On foothold
(Step ladder, scaffold ladder, step stool or so)
立ち馬。天板に乗っての作業を前提とした足場で、天板部分や脚部を伸長し、高さや長さを変えることができる。(長さなどは変えられないタイプもあります)
Scaffold ladder. It is a kind of foothold presupposing work operation on top board. Extending top board area or its leg, we can change its height and length. (There is a kind unable to change its length or so too.)
Tools are usually set each usable life ages. They cannot be used over than the periods.
We check if a foothold used does not expire each life age, if the product is properly operating, is locked, and is not worn away, according to the manufacturer recommending checking method.
In addition, we also check if it is not rusted or mud is going into it or so, then its motion is worsened. Depending on the situation, we shall clean and maintain them.
On tools
(Cutter, impact driver, other construction work using electric and hand tools)
Same as foothold, almost all tools are also set their usable life ages.
We check if they are not used over the periods, and regular maintenances shall be done.
If work operation procedure is suitably set, or is accordingly executed
Even if the same construction work process is entrusted, possible dangerous situation at work site is changing, depending on construction work sites and work progress status.
Therefore, in the first place, when general construction work contractor enters work site, it will let each work site contractor decides 「in order to execute construction work safely and smoothly, what kind of process it should do and how to carry out 」.
On that, general construction work contractor will precisely let each site work contractor to patrol again if the work process is set and kept to do actual work by workers.
For example, please suppose「When executing this construction work at this place of ceiling, using 〇〇cm or more length scaffold ladder, not using stepladder, a single worker should not do work operation alone」, which should exist as work operation process.
As for safety patrol, we will go on checking if these are really right process, and if the process is being observed.
Even if other work site should be considered right, it may not be always safest at the work site this time still under present situation.
If you happen to feel something as a problem, you have to examine different method. Even if it is right, but cannot be observed, then it is meaningless. So, we shall study what to do to be able to observe.
If work operation area and work operation range safety are kept, and its method of keeping safety is suitable?

As many of work operation area is freshly made building, so at footing and overhead areas, opening part, or overwrapping work operation range with other types of industry or so, there are a lot of hidden dangers.
Therefore, at safety patrol, we will check「if the work site is kept safely and correctly as much as possible」or「how it is maintained」。
For example, please suppose an arrangement of 「At a work operation on 〇〇, there is a ceiling construction work with equipment contractor at the same room. Meeting in advance, then in case it is still necessary to do work in the close area at the same time, then equipment contractor does from east area, and interior decorative contractor does from west area. Both should say something in advance.」 is done.（It is still just for an example, so it is not necessarily right method of keeping work site safety.）
We are going to consider if those arrangement is precisely observed, and if there should be safer method・countermeasure.
Ancillary to above, whether putting work site in order and cleaning work site or so are executed or not?
There is a word of 5S at work site and factory, which is supposed to be must.
Respectively, these meanings are putting in order・tidying up・cleaning・neat・discipline in Japanese sound starting from S.
We check if they are executed from safety point of view.
This time, we only limit to explain roughly as below,.
If passage from material moving in entrance～to work site is neatly divided(putting in order)
If there are not easily stumbling waste materials or tools or so placed at footing area(cleaning)
Or if those are made public(discipline)

Of course, delay of fixed construction work period should not happen.
If labor accident should occur, operation workers cease to work, and work site stops. Furthermore, that may lead to image down of general work contractor’s point of view. So, making light of safety means no good at all.
It seems that correct execution of 5S can be said reasonable.

・Safety patrol means a kind of checking activity of general construction work contractor own or general work contractor request each work site contractor, under present work site situation, if the construction work is executed by best possible safety method and condition.
・Literally, by checking safety related items from plural viewpoints, based on advanced made check list, evaluate them.
・By maintaining work site safety, it is playing a role of preventing delay of work period arising from labor accident or image down.
From viewpoint of laborers working at work site, it often seems that safety patrol can be a kind of「haltering work operation efficiency, dismal habit」.
However, a general construction work contractor has to do their best to let each work contractor under to work without occurring any injury, and complete site work to the end.

시공내용은 《경량철골공사》《석고보드공사》입니다.
이번에 시공하는 경량철골공사는 사무실,가게,점포,상업시설등에서 공간을 구획하기 위하여 천장이랑 바닥의 기초(뼈대)를 설치하는 공사로 얇은 철제재료를 사용합니다.
목재와는 달리,물이랑 습기에 강하여 불에 타버리는 걱정은 없기 때문에 현재의 인테리어공사의 현장에서는 많이 사용되고 있습니다.
시공하는 장소는 주로 천장이랑 벽의 뼈대입니다.
경량철골은 목재와 비교하여 방화기준을 충족시키다,공사기간을 단축할수 있다,공사단가 싸다 등의 장점이 많아 현재의 건축물에서는 주류로 되여 있습니다.
먼저 천장의 경량철골부터의 시공으로 됩니다.
천장의 뼈대는 일반적으로 「천장레벨을 잡는다」→「볼트를 설치한다」→「천장틀 받이 (바,찬넬)를 걸치다」→ 「천장틀을 서로 연결하여 설치하다」→「레벨을 맞추다」의 순서로 짜는것으로 됩니다.
다음은 벽의 경량철골공사를 시공해나갑니다.
벽이랑 칸막이의 마무리위치에 맞추어서 천장과 바닥의 러너에 일정한 간격으로 끼워넣어 갑니다.
벽이랑 칸막이의 경우에는 천장의 경량철골공사보다도 절차가 간단합니다.
곡선이랑 특수한 모양의 벽도 경량철골공사로 대응할수 있지만 정확한 시공이 요구됨으로 충분한 기술이 필요합니다.
경량철골공사가 끝나면 석고보드를 붙이는 공사를 진행합니다.
먼저 벽에 석고보드를 붙입니다.
그다음 천장을 시공합니다
그리고 또 벽에 석고보드를 붙입니다. 겹쳐붙이기 입니다.
