This time, we are explaining a construction work site example of apparel store.

We are explaining display construction work of some parts from xtraction.

First of all, we process LGS and mount foundation part.

Then, we mount LGS processed for displaying use height on it.

Cut LGS is being placed on the floor.

As this curved LGS is bent for curving specifications, so processing points are strict, so it requires skilled technique.

After LGS mounting is all finished, we go on work operation of installing board.

In the first place, it is work operation of display back face.

Conforming with curved LGS processing, we use special board.

We execute sticking plaster board at normal place (=flat place), while sticking bendable FG board at bending processed place.

※As we also uploaded at our relative blog before, the processing method of FG board is, sprinkling water on board, then executing curved face processing, conforming with curved face bedding.

Water sprinkling method is, placing board horizontally first. If sprinkling water only from one side, about 7 to 8 minutes after sprinkling, while if sprinkling from both sides, after sprinkling either side, leaving about 3 minutes.

Then, about 3 minutes after sprinkling water at the back face, leaving about 3 minutes respectively. After fully absorbing water to board center, then go on executing construction work.

After completing back face work operation, we go on operating display front face.

After complete mounting LGS front side, we go on installing box before sticking board, conforming with the specification of decorative selling goods design.

After installing box, we go on cutting and sticking FG board and plaster board, conforming with box.

This way, we go on making decorative shelf part for selling goods.

The following is a picture from above after finishing all the work process.

Concerning the display which we explained this time, the curve has a characteristic impression.

It was a kind of display unable to process without using LGS and special board.
