这是使用叫做「岩棉」的素材而做的。它的表面开着无数的孔，有吸声性能的优势。不过，因为它又脆又容易折断，和石膏板材不同，不能照原样张贴。所以此施工时，在轻量型钢张贴地基后，在其上面使用胶水和订书机似的钉子来张贴的「不显眼地张贴工法」。
（虽然非常罕见，也有在轻量型钢直接张贴种类的吸声板。）
其有名的商品是Solatone等。

而且，十几年前，关于尘肺・致癌性，「石棉」绝热材料成了众所周知新闻报道。纤维的粗细数百倍单位的不同。岩棉不容易进入人体内，如果被吸入，也容易被排出。这些两种材料也许比较象，但还是不同。
把上面说明总结一下，石膏板材和岩棉吸声板，这两种的施工性能和硬度等都有不同点。
不过，只看而比较施工后的装饰石膏板材和岩棉吸声板照片，其设计也有多样。因此，也许很难识别它们。

It is made of a material called「rock wool」. Its surface has countless opened holes, and it excels in sound absorbing property. However, as it is easy to brickle and broken off, it is not possible to stick it as it is, unlike gypsum board.
So, it is executed as「inconspicuous sticking work method」sticking bedding board on LGS first, then using rock wool sound absorbing board with adhesives and staples on that and sticking staples(a kind of peg) and sticking it. LGS is sticked to bedding, rock wool sound absorbing board is sticked with adhesive and staples (a kind of peg) on that.
(Very rarely, there is a direct sticking type sound absorbing board.)
There is a famous brand product of Solatone and so on.

Besides, more than 10 years ago, a piece of news became well-known on「asbestos」 heat insulating material which may cause pneumonoconiosis・carcinogenicity. Its fiber thickness is different from rock wool by several hundred unit. Rock wool is not easy to enter into human body, and even if it should be breathed in, it seems it is easy to be discharged. So, the two materials may seem to be similar but different at all.
As a summary, comparing gypsum board with rock wool sound absorbing board, there are differences of workability, hardness and so on.

이케부쿠로를 중심으로 관동일대에서「원상회복공사」「인테리어공사」를 운영하고 있습니다.
이번에는 석고보드붙인후의 퍼티처리작업에 대하여 이야기하려고 생각합니다.
경량철골뼈대가 끝나고 석고보드를 붙인후 퍼티처리작업의 공정으로 됩니다.
퍼티처리를 진행하지 않은 경우는 그위에 붙이는 벽지가 부풀어오르거나 함으로 2,3번 겹쳐 바르고 표면이 평평해지도록 합니다.
그전에 보드를 다 붙인후의 나사가 제대로 잘 박혀져 있는가를 확인합니다.
나사가 보드보다도 나오면 파티처리전에 벽지가 부풀어오르기 때문입니다.
이어서 퍼티의 균열방지를 위하여 보드와 보드의 이음새에 섬유테이프를 붙여갑니다.
(그 공정은 경우에 따라 생략될때도 있는것 같습니다)
또, 코너에는 코너테이프를 붙여갑니다.

그후에 드디어 퍼티의 차례가 됩니다.퍼티는 일반적으로 3번 바르고 첫번째의 기초퍼티는 거칠고 나사,못박은 곳과 보드의 이음새,코너부분등 오목이 큰 부분에 칠해갑니다.
저는 퍼티처리작업을 한적이 없지만, 재료에 따라서는 상당히 탄력성이 있고 헤라로 펴바를때 손가락이 아플정도로 단단한 재질(材質)인것도 있는것 같습니다.

이어서 중간칠,마무리칠과 퍼티를 발라 갑니다.
퍼티는 마르면 연해지는 점, 또 줄눈(메지)의 거친 퍼티만으로는 평평하게 안되기 때문에 겹쳐 바릅니다.
겹쳐 바를 때는 기초가 더 넓게 평평하도록 발라갑니다.
기술이 좋은 기술자가 한 퍼티처리는 보드의 이음새랑 나사박음이 없는것 처럼 평평하고 매끈매끈합니다.
