We execute sticking plaster board at normal place (=flat place), while sticking bendable FG board at bending processed place.
※As we also uploaded at our relative blog before, the processing method of FG board is, sprinkling water on board, then executing curved face processing, conforming with curved face bedding.
Water sprinkling method is, placing board horizontally first. If sprinkling water only from one side, about 7 to 8 minutes after sprinkling, while if sprinkling from both sides, after sprinkling either side, leaving about 3 minutes.
Then, about 3 minutes after sprinkling water at the back face, leaving about 3 minutes respectively. After fully absorbing water to board center, then go on executing construction work.
After completing back face work operation, we go on operating display front face.
After complete mounting LGS front side, we go on installing box before sticking board, conforming with the specification of decorative selling goods design.
After installing box, we go on cutting and sticking FG board and plaster board, conforming with box.
This way, we go on making decorative shelf part for selling goods.

Concerning the display which we explained this time, the curve has a characteristic impression.
It was a kind of display unable to process without using LGS and special board.

3 Summary
What is safety patrol?
Safety patrol is, in order to maintain work site safety, each work site contractor personnel in charge actually is patrolling(rounding) , and checking if problem is occurring safety wise.
As for workers at work site, there also may be abbreviation called it as「An pato(in Japanese)」or so.
(There is a case of safety personnel in charge at a general construction contractor doing by own self too)
When a relative work site starts its actual work, the general contractor reveal and examine every can-happen dangers. From that, we will request each work site contractor to do site work operation.
However, at work sites where can often occur different methods or unthinkable aspects, in encountering every certain pose(or before encountering it), we may request patrolling again by considering each contractor’s point of view, and checking if its maintaining safety standards is becoming the safest and prompt method.
Therefore, by labeling as safety patrol, a general contractor requests each site contractor to go to see「In present work site situation, if safety standard decided as 〇〇 should be satisfying, or if there should be improving points」and also by maintaining work site safety, thus we are keeping construction work quality.
What kind of points are to be checked?

If work operation area and work operation range safety are kept, and its method of keeping safety is suitable?

As many of work operation area is freshly made building, so at footing and overhead areas, opening part, or overwrapping work operation range with other types of industry or so, there are a lot of hidden dangers.
Therefore, at safety patrol, we will check「if the work site is kept safely and correctly as much as possible」or「how it is maintained」。
For example, please suppose an arrangement of 「At a work operation on 〇〇, there is a ceiling construction work with equipment contractor at the same room. Meeting in advance, then in case it is still necessary to do work in the close area at the same time, then equipment contractor does from east area, and interior decorative contractor does from west area. Both should say something in advance.」 is done.（It is still just for an example, so it is not necessarily right method of keeping work site safety.）
We are going to consider if those arrangement is precisely observed, and if there should be safer method・countermeasure.
Ancillary to above, whether putting work site in order and cleaning work site or so are executed or not?
There is a word of 5S at work site and factory, which is supposed to be must.
Respectively, these meanings are putting in order・tidying up・cleaning・neat・discipline in Japanese sound starting from S.
We check if they are executed from safety point of view.
This time, we only limit to explain roughly as below,.
If passage from material moving in entrance～to work site is neatly divided(putting in order)
If there are not easily stumbling waste materials or tools or so placed at footing area(cleaning)
Or if those are made public(discipline)

Of course, delay of fixed construction work period should not happen.
If labor accident should occur, operation workers cease to work, and work site stops. Furthermore, that may lead to image down of general work contractor’s point of view. So, making light of safety means no good at all.
It seems that correct execution of 5S can be said reasonable.
