Before that, after finished sticking up the board, we should check if the screw is well fit in, and if the screw head is well drived in.

If the screw is out from the board, the cloth may be floating up before putty processing.

Then, for preventing putty cracking, we go on sticking up fiber tape(=ramified tape) at the joint of boards.

(This stage may be omitted according to the circumstances.)

After that, at last eventually here comes the opportunity of using putty. We normally do triplet coating. As the first bedding coating, putty turns out to be rough. At the place of screw driving, the joint of boards, corner part and others, we go on smearing at large cavity area.

I have never touched putty before, however, depending on the materials, there is quite resilient.

It seems that there is some kind of putty made of hard material with which your fingers may be tiring when thinning with spatula.

Next, we go on doing intermediate puttying, and finishing puttying.

Because when the putty turns dry, it will slim down(=becomes thin), and only using rough putty, it will not be flatten, so we overglaze the putty.

When overglazing, we go on puttying up wider than bed puttying, so that it becomes flat.

Puttying by capable technical workers is very flat and smooth, looking as if without the existence of board joint or screw driving.
